Rentals are structured in 8 & 12 hour time blocks
Note: 8 hour blocks typically allocate 3 hours for vendor load-in; 4 hours for the event; and, 1 hour for load-out.
Overtime Hours: $400 hour; extra load-in setup hours $250 hour.
Outside Catering Fee: $500
Bar Service: Provided by “Affordable Spirits” at $50 - $90 per person depending on beer, wine, liquor selections. Bar staff $40 hourly. Cash bar options available.
Valet: $15 per car

All-Inclusive Bar Prepaid bar packages based on guest count, event length, and drink selection, from beer and wine to full premium bar service.
Drink Ticket / Hybrid Bar Pre-purchase drink tickets for guests to redeem at the bar. Additional drinks can be purchased separately, helping you control costs while still treating your guests.
